START TO FINISH SOLUTION
Unlike other marine engineers, we are able to offer a unique start to finish manufacturing service. Working with sister companies Ingot Foundry and Ingot Engineering we can create quality castings and machine them into precision parts.
The skilled moulders at Ingot Foundry produce custom castings in Aluminium, Bronze and Gunmetal using induction furnaces to ensure alloy quality.
The modern workshop at Ingot Engineering is equipped with CNC lathes and 3 axis machining centres, turning the raw castings into high quality precision parts. Our welders are certified to meet Lloyds, DNV and Bureau Veritas.
REPAIRS & FIELD MANAGEMENT
Our marine engineering services include an extensive range of field services. We provide full propeller servicing, to ensure your vessel is running at optimum performance and efficiency. Also repairing, reconditioning, and modifying propellers up to 2.1m diameter, and the removal and installation of underwater components.

And we can provide high quality castings, on short notice, and at reasonable prices. We also offer a ‘custom made’ service creating exact reproductions, or help you to make your new ideas a reality.
