It is important not to reuse the stainless steel hex head cup point set screws.

Why should i use new set screws?
If you need to remove or adjust the PSS Shaft Seal, it is highly recommended to replace the set screws. The stainless steel cup point set screw is designed for single use, as the end compresses to ensure a tight grip.
