BRIDGE ENGINE MOUNT
IsoFlex bridge adjustable marine engine mounts, for boats and yachts with high-performance inboard engines.
The integral thrust ring technology produces significantly higher stability through a 360-degree range of motion. Durable, high tensile metal means increased resistance to fatigue failure.
Not supplied are base bolts. Stainless steel fittings are available on request, swivel adjusters fitted to 20mm and 24mm studs on most mounts.
Selecting Top Core Element
IsoFlex Bridge Engine Mount modular system allows the mounts to be customized or rebuilt by changing or replacing cores if and when needed.
Each IsoFlex Marine Engine Mount core is selected based on the weight on the mount and corresponding deflection, maximizing vibration isolation and load-carrying capability.
Once the engine assembly weight is known the load on each mount can be determined by dividing the total assembly weight by the number of engine mounts. The resiliency of each top-core element under load is displayed as a coloured line on the load chart and found on each engine mount datasheet. (sample graph is shown below)

There are no rubber components in an IsoFlex adjusting marine engine mount, made of high-quality engineering, Polyurethane elastomers and high tensile metals. Superior resistance to degradation in hostile environments, all-metal components are marine alloy, stainless steel and zinc plated carbon steel to ASTM B633 SC3 standards.
